Following up from our earlier conversation I am
delighted to say how impressed I am with the
service provided by The Hire Business. Being that
I gave quite late notice I was pleasantly
surprised to receive such a fast and cost
effective response which was not offered to me by
your competitors, some of who didn't seem to care
if I received the chairs or not!

Its not often we take the time to thank
a supplier on the levels of service received, but I feel I
must make the effort in this case. In these demanding
times we take it for
granted, that the level of customer service we receive
should be to the
same standard as we ourselves give to our
own customers... Unfortunately this is not always the

- your sales rep, Davide Bisceglia, went above and beyond to make
sure the installation of the furniture into our VIP
meetings rooms, in my absence I might add, was a great
success and went very smoothly and on time, he proved
